What Are the Seminar Class Times?
Seminar class times are 8:15 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a break for lunch from 11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m.
Can I Attend Just 1 Day of a Federal & California Tax Update Seminar or Just Two of Your 4-Hour Webcast Sessions?
No, you must attend both days of a Federal & California Tax Update seminar or all four webcast sessions that are 4 hours each.
When and How Will I Receive My Certificate of Completion?
Once attendance verification forms are received back in our office, certificates of completion for a seminar will be emailed within 10 business days.
Do You Offer Group Discounts?
Western CPE offers group discounts when participants attend both days of a 2017–2018 Federal & California Tax Update seminar.
*Group discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotion.
Do I Need to Make My Own Travel and Hotel Reservations?
Yes. Each individual is responsible for his or her own travel and hotel reservations.
Are Your 2017–2018 Federal & California Tax Update Seminars and Webcasts Registered with the California Tax Education Council?
Yes. Western CPE's 2017–2018 Federal & California Tax Update seminars and webcasts are registered with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC).
Seminar: The 2017–2018 Federal & California Tax Update seminar is registered with CTEC. Each day of the seminar provides 8 federal tax update credits. There is no state credit offered.
Webcast: The 2016–2017 Federal & California Tax Update 16-hour webcast (four, 4-hour sessions) is registered with CTEC. Each session of the webcast provides 4 federal tax update credits. There is no state credit offered.

Is Western CPE’s Federal & California Tax Update CLE Approved?
Western CPE has been approved provider for CLE credits for the State Bar of California in the past for the live seminar and webcast formats of the Federal & California Tax Update. Currently, our application is pending for 13.75 CLE credits for the 2017 Federal & California Tax Update. Participants must complete 16 hours (2 day seminar or 4 sessions of webcast) to receive CLE credit with the State Bar of California. None of our courses provide CLU credits.
Are Meals Included in the Registration Fee?
A continental breakfast is served in the morning, but lunch is on your own. You will have an hour break for lunch.
If My Colleague Registered for a Seminar and Can’t Attend, Can I Go in His or Her Place?
You can transfer a Federal & California Tax Update seminar registration from person to person. Please call our office at (800) 822-4194 if you need to transfer registrations.
