State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFPĀ®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERā¢ and federally registered CFP in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Boardās initial and ongoing certification requirements.
Western CPE is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a qualified entity to offer continuing education courses for tax professionals.
