Cancellations, Credits, and Refunds
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel a course, you can leave the amount paid as store credit on your account and apply it to future purchases. Store credits incur no fees and never expire.
Resort Conferences & Live Events
If a customer is unable to attend the live event for which he/she has registered, or in the unfortunate event a conference must be cancelled, Western CPE offers the following options with no fees:
- Transfer all or part of the registration to another location in the same conference year
- Convert the registration to Store Credit for use on Webcast, Self-Study or Live Event registration
- No-shows at Conferences & Live Events are ineligible for transfers, or store credits
Webcast & Self-Study Products
Please note: Per NASBA Regulations, Western CPE is required to remove access to courses no longer than one year from the date of purchase or enrollment. All Webcast and Self-Study courses must be completed within one year of purchase. It is the customers’ responsibility to consume their courses in a timely manner. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. More information is available here: NASBA STANDARDS FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE).
- If customer has purchased a course which has not yet been consumed, they have the option to transfer the amount to another product of like or less value, or choose store credit. (within the 365 days)
If you are dissatisfied with any Western CPE product, please contact us within 30 days of completion. We will do our best to resolve your issue.
Complaint Resolution Policy
Submit complaints by calling our Customer Care team at (800) 822-4194 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If submitted during business hours, complaints regarding accessing course materials and/or certificates will be addressed immediately. Complaints regarding course content will be addressed internally as appropriate or forwarded to instructors within three business days.
