Michael Burcham is an entrepreneur, executive coach, investor, and strategist with 30 years of experience leading high-growth, investor-backed businesses.
Over the past three decades, he has launched, scaled, and exited three companies with a combined valuation of over $500 million. He was the founding CEO of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and later founded Narus Health, which merged with Lucent Health in 2019. Michael currently serves as Executive Partner at Shore Capital Partners, advising portfolio companies on strategy and leadership.
His national recognition includes being named Nashvillian and Tennessean of the Year and a “Champion of Change” by President Obama. He also served as Co-Chair of the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
Michael has taught at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management since 2003 and is a frequent speaker on leadership, entrepreneurship, and healthcare innovation. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
