You have until the last conference of the year. Save Now, Choose Later purchases do not carry over. You will need to contact Customer Experience before year end if you decide not to attend one of our conferences for the year. Your purchase will be replaced with store credit (if eligible) which never expires and can be used for anything on our site, including Live Events.

Each morning, we offer breakfast for all attendees, at 6:45 AM, along with a light mid-morning snack to keep you going. Lunch and dinner are on your own, giving you the chance to enjoy the great local dining options.

We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, but requests must be made in advance. We aren’t able to plan for specific needs unless they’re shared with us ahead of time, so please be sure to let us know during registration or by contacting our team.

Live conference CPE credit-hours are earned by attending your scheduled courses. If you need to miss a session, notify our on-site team. We’ll issue store credit equal to the number of missed live credit-hours, which can be applied toward eligible online courses in our digital catalog. Complete your selected online course after the event, and you’ll receive the corresponding CPE certificate to help keep your annual requirements on track.
