Arthur Joseph Werner, JD, MS
Arthur Joseph Werner, JD, MS (Taxation), is the president and is a shareholder in the lecture firm of Werner-Rocca Seminars, Ltd. Mr. Werner’s lecture topic specialties include business, tax, financial and estate planning for high net worth individuals. In addition, Mr. Werner is a former adjunct professor of taxation in the Master of Science in Taxation program at the Philadelphia University. Mr. Werner received his B.S. in Accounting and his M.S. in Taxation from Widener University. He holds a J.D. in Law from the Delaware Law School. Mr. Werner lectures extensively in the areas of Estate Planning, Financial Planning, and Estate and Gift Taxation to Certified Public Accountants and Financial Planners, and has presented well in excess of 3000 eight-hour seminars over the past twenty-five years as well as numerous webinars and video presentations. Mr. Werner has been rated as having the highest speaker knowledge in his home state of Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, was awarded the AICPA Outstanding Discussion Leader Award in the State of Nevada, the Florida Institute of CPAs Outstanding Discussion Leader Award, and the South Carolina Association of CPAs Outstanding Discussion Leader Award.

A.J. Reynolds, EA
A.J. Reynolds, EA has over thirty years of experience encompassing various areas of taxation. Though his practice centers on Individual, Business, and Estate Tax preparation, A.J. focuses a portion of his practice to IRS Representation. As diverse as his specializations, A.J.’s clientele, too, ranges from average workers to Fortune 500 executives. Additionally, A.J volunteers his time with the Iowa Legal Aid’s Managing Attorney assisting in Tax Court cases and assorted income tax issues. A.J. brings his everyday “in the trenches” experience to seminars and webinars for multiple organizations to assist attendees with real issues affecting tax professionals. A.J. started his tax career with a national CPA firm in San Diego, CA after proudly serving for five years in the United States Navy onboard the Guided Missile Destroyer USS Callaghan. While onboard the destroyer, the ship executed many missions in the Straits of Hormuz off the coast of Iran. Outside of his tax practice, A.J. is a member of the Diocese of Sioux City Priests’ Pension & Welfare Board and the Investment Advisory Board for the Diocese. When not working, his time is spent in various activities, including traveling with his wife and their two children.

Shannon Hall, EA has worked in the tax industry for over a decade, working in both boutique and corporate settings before founding Shannon Hall Tax in 2017. In addition to working with tax clients, she is a speaker and educator for state and national tax organizations. More than anything, Shannon strives to make tax education engaging and fun—and to make taxes less taxing.
