Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Learn the latest updates and changes to 2022 tax forms and other compliance matters related the filing partnership and c corporation tax returns, including schedules K-2 and K3 for partnerships and LLCs; and
  •  Strengthen tax knowledge related to partnership, LLC, and c corporation pros and cons for tax compliance and tax savings, including strategies for state pass through-entity state tax elections (PTET) and the coming Corporate Transparency Act requirements; and
  •  Develop practical insights and effective planning criteria to help clients with entity selection related to LLCs, partnerships and c corporations.
