Course Description
Quality Management Standards Post-Implementation explains what firms need to focus on after the initial rollout of the AICPA’s new quality management standards. Rather than treating implementation as a one-time project, this CPE course emphasizes the ongoing work required to keep a system of quality management current, effective, and responsive to changing risks. Jennifer Louis walks through the post-implementation issues that matter most, including monitoring, remediation, engagement quality reviews, governance and leadership, and the identification of quality risks across firm operations.
The webcast also addresses how firms can strengthen acceptance and continuance decisions, engagement performance, resource management, and internal information flow so quality objectives are supported in practice—not just on paper. With a practical focus on real-world risk areas, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, this webcast helps practitioners better understand how to sustain compliance and improve audit and attest quality over time.
