Course Description

Financial leaders in public practice and industry are facing challenges from a completely new paradigm be it, the post pandemic work structure, Generative AI and technology, generational gap and culture issues, the upcoming large-scale retirement of the Baby Boomers and continuing challenges of time, productivity and stress management.

This full day seminar focuses on how mindfulness can help you develop the abilities you need to be an effective, decisive, and influential leader, especially during these difficult times of uncertainty and change with an emphasis on building Resilience, Energy, Innovation and Balance.

With over 25 years of work experience and practicing mindfulness, Sunish Mehta CPA and Founder of Mindful-CPA Mindful-PRO guides you through a day of mindfulness practices, exercises and tools to tackle your leadership challenges and enhancing your effective management of your teams and organizations.

Sunish has attended several mindfulness retreats including several 10-day retreats in complete silence and has studied with mindfulness teachers such as HH The Dalai Lama, S.N. Goenka, Craig Marshall, Robert Thurman, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Sharon Salzberg, Dan Siegel and teachers of Transcendental Meditation and Self Realization Fellowship.
