Before this course, CPA firms might view the transition to the new AICPA Quality Management Standards as a complex and overwhelming challenge. This course acts as a bridge to this gap. After completion, participants will have a transformed perspective on quality management. Jeff Sailor’s comprehensive webcast guides firms through every aspect of adapting to the SQMS 1, from understanding the purpose of the new standards to applying the practice aids effectively. This transformation from confusion to mastery is central to the course. Participants will not only gain a deep understanding of the eight components of quality management but also learn to apply these standards pragmatically using the AICPA practice aids. This course thus shifts professionals from uncertainty to a position of confidence and competence, enabling them to elevate their firms’ practices in line with the highest industry standards.

Meet The Experts
Jeff Sailor, CPA, received a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida. Upon graduation, he joined the auditing staff at Peat Marwick in Jacksonville, Florida, where he worked on a large number of national accounts. Jeff has managed his own accounting firm in Ocala, Florida, since 1984. During that time, he has also developed unique auditing approaches and auditing software.
