Course Description
Robert Keebler takes you through one of one of them most important returns during tax season, preparing a gift tax return. Most returns on the income tax side will last only around 3 to 6 years. A gift tax has the potential to last hundreds of years into the future because of the allocation of the GST exemption and possibly fifty years because of the adequate disclosure rules. If you don’t do a gift return correctly, the statute of limitations never runs. This course takes you through everything you need to know and watch out for in filing gift tax returns correctly.
