Natalie Kolodij, EA, CRETS is an IRS Enrolled Agent who has been working exclusively with Real Estate Investors for almost a decade. She is a National Tax Educator, IRS CE Instructor, and the founder of the Certified Real Estate Tax Strategist™ credential.
With over a decade of experience in tax, real estate, and finance, Natalie has a deep portfolio of speaking engagements. For several years Natalie has also been a National Tax Educator teaching for NATP, Compass, NAEA, and multiple local chapters. Education has included multiple webinar based continuing professional education classes, as well as teaching for Taxposium and Super Seminar. In 2022, Natalie launched the Certified Real Estate Tax Strategist program and became an IRS approved CE provider.
