Illyasha Peete, a Chief Member at Chief, is part of a powerful network of women leaders who support each other to become better leaders together. With over 26 years of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, she brings her strategic leadership, coaching, entrepreneurship, and customer satisfaction expertise to this dynamic community.

Illyasha also served as the Chief of Equity, Justice, and Culture at ClimateWorks Foundation, a global organization that supports climate action and philanthropy. In this role, she lead the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives that foster a culture of belonging, inclusion, diversity, equity, access, and liberation (B-IDEAL) within the foundation and across the climate movement. She is passionate about advancing social and environmental justice and empowering people and communities to create positive change.
