This lively, entertaining presentation will help professionals develop, inspire, and maintain an ethical culture in their organizations. Your instructor, Jeff Lanza, is a retired FBI agent who served as chief of internal security for the FBI’s Kansas City region. While chronicling failures of integrity from the cubicle to the corner office, Jeff provides a positive framework for hiring employees with high ethical standards and creating an environment that helps ensure that company personnel maintain their moral compass. Jeff has lectured at Princeton University and as a “distinguished lecturer” at Missouri State University.
