Course Description
In today’s corporate landscape, maintaining a culture of integrity is a critical challenge, from the cubicle to the corner office. Unethical behavior not only undermines corporate goals but also erodes the moral fabric of an organization. This presentation, enriched with real FBI case studies, addresses this pressing issue by providing a comprehensive framework for fostering a culture of integrity. Led by Mr. Lanza, an expert in ethical leadership, the course explores the root causes of unethical behavior and offers strategies to impede and prevent these practices. Participants will learn to recognize early warning signs of integrity loss and develop methods to uphold ethical standards in complex situations, including navigating issues like the “me too movement”. This course is designed to empower professionals across all fields to inspire and maintain a culture of integrity, ensuring that corporate goals are achieved without compromising moral values.
Learning Objectives
Following the presentation, the audience will be able to:
- Recognize and help impede the effect of four factors that lead to unethical behavior.
- Prevent unethical behavior through recognition of early warning signs in the life cycle of lost integrity.
- Foster a culture of personal and corporate integrity as it relates to issues such as the “me too movement”, by helping employees adapt a long-term philosophy and ethical decision making in difficult and ambiguous situations.
