Course Description
This class from Leslie Book, professor of law at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, will cover civil tax penalties. More specifically, it will address the topic of qualified amended returns, a not well known but important way to avoid the possible imposition of accuracy related civil tax penalties. In discussing qualified amended returns, the class will also briefly address the related but different concept of superseding returns.

While at Villanova Professor Book served as Director of the Federal Tax Clinic, Director of the Graduate Tax Program, and Director of the Online Graduate Tax Program.
