Course Description

This class from Leslie Book, professor of law at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, will cover civil tax penalties. More specifically, it will address the topic of qualified amended returns, a not well known but important way to avoid the possible imposition of accuracy related civil tax penalties. In discussing qualified amended returns, the class will also briefly address the related but different concept of superseding returns.
