Course Description

The single greatest differentiator between exceptional achievement and below-potential performance is NOT education, training, knowledge, or even ambition. It is consistency. How is it that some people effortlessly remain on task and on target and others are seemingly incapable of that focus and daily follow-through? For 80% of the population, consistency is an ongoing battle. For their supervisors, it is a tremendous leadership challenge. The Consistency Chain provides a workable solution to both groups.
