Ron Dimon has been working with finance systems for 25 years and enterprise performance management (EPM) technologies and processes since 1999. He helps clients design and implement EPM solutions for their business practices. Working across multiple industries, Ron has been involved in dozens of large-scale multiproduct Oracle Hyperion engagements and is focused on helping companies wring value out of their EPM investments.

Ron is the codeveloper of a unique blueprinting methodology to help uncover the right EPM metrics and drivers that “align the business” with EPM implementation initiatives. He’s the author of Enterprise Performance Management Done Right: An Operating System for Your Organization.
