HAWAII TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Why Verifly?
We’ve partnered with VeriFLY, a secure travel and event app that allows you to upload your Covid-19 related documents and have them checked and verified for safe and compliant attendance.
What is VERIFLY?
VeriFLY is a digital health wallet that securely binds health credentials
(e.g., your vaccine status) with biometric identity credentials (e.g., your face).

NOTE: Don’t forget to head to the Hawai’i Safe Travels Program to complete the Mandatory State of Hawaii Travel and Health Form. You will need an account to enter the state.
VERIFLY: STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Download the App
Download the VeriFLY app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also follow this link to their website, scroll to the bottom of the page, and follow the download buttons provided.
STEP 2:
Complete the VeriFLY Onboarding Steps
Complete the four Onboarding Steps to finish the app registration process.
STEP 3:
Confirm Email
Once you have completed each of the Onboarding Steps, head to your email and “Validate Your Account” for VeriFLY
STEP 4:
Welcome to VeriFLY
When Onboarding is complete, press “continue” and follow the update prompts. Once you finish, you’ll be taken to the welcome page.
STEP 5:
Add Event Pass
This QR code is a unique “pass” designed for our event. Press “Scan Here” on your Welcome Page to scan the QR code provided. Follow the prompts to accept the terms of service and add the event pass
STEP 6:
Confirmation Email
Once you add your event pass, you’ll get a confirmation email. To activate your VeriFLY Event Pass, you will need to complete all the checklist items
STEP 7:
Manage Your Event Checklist
Click “Manage Checklist” in your event pass to guide you through the event requirements.
STEP 8:
Verify Your Vaccination or Test Result
For those with Vaccination
- Underneath “Complete Your Checklist,” select “Covid-19 Vaccination Review” to provide your vaccination certificate for review.
- Select the vaccination option that pertains to you.
- Upload the required document(s) and VeriFLY will check them and confirm if they are valid. When your
document(s) have been verified, the app will display that you have a valid pass for the event.
For those with Test Results
- Underneath “Complete Your Checklist,” select “Covid-19 Test Review” to provide the results of your test review.
- Complete the test page and submit.
- Upload the required document(s) and VeriFLY will check them and confirm if they are valid. When your
document(s) have been verified, the app will display that you have a valid pass for the event. - You’ll need to complete the Test Result process every day you attend the conference.
