We’ll be cooking from Sweet Basil’s “Southwest Flavors” menu, featuring tortillas and guacamole; black bean, roasted corn, and mango quesadillas; shredded pork and mushroom enchiladas with ancho chile cream sauce; sautéed Southwestern vegetables; and green chile macaroni.
