Course Description

An increasing number of your clients are likely engaging in internationally based businesses. While technological innovations have greatly simplified doing business abroad, differing tax systems that are not uniformly administered are a real challenge. Combined with the fact that the United States has tax treaties with only 69 of the world's 195 recognized countries, it is more challenging than ever to make wise decisions when determining in which countries to do business and how to transact that business.

This class provides a competitive advantage to those financial professionals guiding their clients through their international business engagements by providing in-depth insight into the tax treaty process and its impact on doing business abroad.
