Join us as we address the important and 'hot' topics for tax and estate planning in 2019. This course will cover the latest in the legislation, court decisions and IRS rulings that emerge in late 2018 and in 2019, along with a discussion of the 'key' planning issues that most clients must consider looking forward. We will explore in greater depth areas of income tax planning; entity choice and estate planning concerns will be highlighted.
