Course Description

The old-fashioned 20th Century time management techniques don't do much to solve 21st Century career-life balance issues. In the fast changing, always-on world of today, personal energy management is the secret of reducing stress and accomplishing more. After all, you can't get more than 24 hours in a day, but you can get much more energy. This course will go over ways to focus your energy, improve your endurance, and avoid energy zappers.
