This course will discuss a three-prong strategy to close the gender gap, create an inclusive workplace, and boost your bottom line all at the same time, whether you are in public accounting, industry, government, education, or just want to help your granddaughters. You'll also learn some of the shocking science behind unconscious bias, brain differences, and other research that affects women and millennials in the workplace.
