On March 18, 2010, the President signed the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act, which is intended to encourage employers to hire the unemployed. This program examines the impact the act has on your business clients. During this Webcast, participants will: - Examine the two incentives meant to jump-start employment hiring.
- Analyze which employers qualify and which employers don’t.
- Learn what the maximum per-employee credit is for 2010.
- Learn how to apply the “affidavit” requirement properly.
- Learn who is and who isn’t a disqualified related party.
- Understand when to elect out of using the HIRE benefits.
