Course Description

In this Webcast, participants will explore from an outside-in perspective how their constituents/clients/stakeholders/customers measure them. Many participants have noted that this module is the most profound in the Leadership Survivorship Institute (LSI) series. This session focuses on the leadership aspect of service.

Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Explore from an outside-in perspective how their constituents/clients/stakeholders/customers measure them. This session focuses on the leadership side of service.
  • Identify reasons why people leave an organization or are not receptive to getting “on board” with a leader and how to re-engage such individuals.
  • Apply the Customer Service Index® model to directly impact intervention styles.
  • Identify and utilize “moments of truth” or “TouchPoints” to aid in positioning their team or organization to where they want it to be.
  • Explore what it takes to build a legendary leader.
  • Identify “IQ factors” and “EQ factors” and the role each plays in individual and organizational development and success.
  • Describe 16 fundamental qualities of today’s best organizations and how the positive behaviors of individuals within an organization can inspire others to join or never leave an organization.
