What is the maximum number of CPE credits I can receive at one of your conferences?
The maximum number of CPE credits you can earn at most Western CPE conferences is 40; this includes up to 10 Bonus CPE online credits. A few conferences offer 48 credits, with up to 12 of these being Bonus CPE. Up to 40 credits can be earned on our cruises.
Can I sign up for a 3-, 4-, 5-, or 6-day conference package and then split the conference days between different sites?
To provide our customers with the utmost flexibility, Western CPE happily accommodates split registration requests. For example, if you register to attend 6 days, you can take your family to Orlando for 3 class days and then go to Las Vegas later in the year for the other 3 class days. Keep in mind that when you register and pay for a conference, you must use those conference days in the same calendar year and cannot be transferred to another year.
I would like to split my registration between a premier conference destination and a standard conference destination. How will I be charged?
We will calculate your cost based on the total number of conference days you attend and the corresponding price at each location. For example,
if you attend 3 days at a premier destination and 2 days at a standard destination, your cost would be based on a 5-day conference. From there, we would figure out the average daily cost per day at a 5-day premier conference and multiply that by the 3 days you will be attending and do the same for a 5-day standard conference. Please see below:
5-day Premier Conference in Maui = $1,899 ➗ 5 days = $379.80 x 3 days = $1,139.40
5-day Standard Conference in Orlando = $1,649 ➗ 5 days = $329.80 x 2 days = $659.60
Total: $1,799 ($1,139.40 3-day premier price + 659.60 2-day standard price = $1,799)

Group rates apply to initial room blocks which occasionally sell out. It’s always a good idea to make your room reservation right after you book your conference.
