As CPAs, we have a responsibility to the public which transcends all other responsibilities. What we say, what we do, and how we respond makes a difference in our efforts to safeguard and protect the assets of the organizations we protect. The course focuses on a review of the principles of ethics in our society, including: the responsibilities and core values of being a CPA, leadership principles relating to ethics, perception versus reality of ethical behavior, the importance of ethical behavior and its relationship to trust.
