Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policies

Self-Study Orders

Western CPE offers a 100% money-back guarantee (minus shipping) on all self-study orders returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply call us at (800) 822-4194 to arrange your return or exchange. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition.

Conference Cancellation Policy & Penalties

If a conference registration is cancelled, credit can be applied to an ensuing conference with no penalty; however, all days paid for in a calendar year, for example 2008, must be used in 2008. Unused days cannot be carried over to future years.

  • Cancellations received 60 or more days in advance of the conference: $25
  • Cancellations received 45-59 days in advance of the conference: $50
  • Cancellations received 30-44 days in advance of the conference: $75
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the conference: $100

Federal Tax Update Seminar Cancellation Policy & Penalties

If a seminar registration is cancelled, credit can be applied to an ensuing seminar without penalty.
For refunds, the following penalties apply:

  • Cancellations received 30 or more days in advance of the seminar: $25
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the seminar: $50

Webcast Cancellation Policy & Penalties

Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to the webcast are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given less than 3 days prior to the webcast; however you may transfer your registration to another webcast within the same year without penalty.

CFP Cancellation Policy & Penalties

If you cancel an In-House engagement, you will be responsible for 100% of event minimum ($4000) and travel or material production/shipping costs incurred.

In-House Cancellation Policy & Penalties

If you cancel an In-House engagement, you will be responsible for 100% of event minimum ($4000) and travel or material production/shipping costs incurred.

Rescheduling Policy

If you reschedule an In-house engagement within 35 days of its original engagement date, the rescheduling fee will be $2,500, plus change-in-travel fees incurred and increased travel costs, if any. This fee is in addition to any training engagement costs or minimums.
