Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policies Self-Study Orders–Refunds and Returns Western CPE offers a 100% money-back guarantee (minus shipping) on all self-study orders returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply call us at (800) 822-4194 to arrange your return or exchange. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition. Any software (CD or DVD) that comes packaged with a book must be unopened and sealed in order to receive a refund. Resort Conference Cancellation Policy & Penalties If a conference registration is canceled, credit can be applied to an ensuing conference with no penalty; however, all days paid for in a calendar year, for example 2008, must be used in 2008. Unused days cannot be carried over to future years.

If a seminar registration is canceled, credit can be applied to an ensuing seminar without penalty.
Webcast Cancellation Policy and Penalties Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to the Webcast are eligible for a refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given less than 3 days prior to the Webcast; however you may transfer your registration to another Webcast within the same year without penalty. This policy does not apply to a 2-Day Federal & California Tax Update Webcast. See the 2-Day Federal & California Tax Update Cancellation Policy & Penalties paragraph below. 2-Day Federal & California Tax Update Cancellation Policy and Penalties Live Seminars: Registrants who cancel 30 days or more in advance will be refunded fees minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel less than 30 days in advance will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. Registrants may switch seminar sites at no cost or substitute a Webcast for a seminar, or vice versa, at no cost. Webcasts: Registrants who cancel 3 days or more in advance will be refunded fees minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given less than 3 days prior to the Webcast. In-House Training Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Book Return Policies: If you cancel an In-House training engagement or Elite 400 Series Keynote presentation, you will be responsible for 100% of event minimum ($4,000), instructor travel, materials production, and shipping costs already incurred. If you reschedule a confirmed In-House engagement at any time, the rescheduling fee will be $750 plus any change-in-travel fees required to accommodate the new date. This fee is in addition to standard training engagement costs or minimums. If weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances require the cancellation of a seminar, Western CPE will make every effort to reschedule the same seminar for another date. Western CPE does not assume financial responsibility for travel expenses incurred by client staff or instructors due to course cancellation. Book returns: Western CPE In-house Training does not maintain an inventory of course materials-most programs are customized and, as such, unused participant materials that have been ordered cannot be returned for credit.
