What is your cancellation fee if I can’t attend the Federal & California Tax Update I registered for?

Live Seminars: Registrants who cancel 30 days or more in advance will be refunded fees minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel less than 30 days in advance will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. Registrants may switch seminar sites at no cost or substitute a Federal & California Tax Update Webcast for a seminar at no cost.If a credit has been on account with Western CPE for over a year (the year starts when your money goes on your account as a credit, not when you originally registered), you can request a refund; however, a $100.00 administrative fee will be charged.

Webcasts:
Registrants who cancel 3 or more days in advance will be refunded fees minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given less than 3 days prior to the Webcast. Registrants may transfer their registration to another Federal & California Tax Update Webcast in the same calendar year or substitute a Federal & California Tax Update Webcast for a seminar at no cost.

Do you offer group discounts for the Federal & California Tax Update seminar and Webcast?
Yes. We offer registration discounts to groups of three or more people:

  • 5–9 people receive a 10% discount
  • 10–24 people receive a 15% discount
  • 25 or more people, please call our Corporate & Group Solutions division at (800) 822-4194 ext. 160

Attendees may choose the same or a different Federal & California Tax Update seminar or Webcast and still qualify for the group discount.

Group discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotion.

Are your Federal & California Tax Update courses accepted by the CFP Board?

Federal & California Tax Update classes are CFP Board accepted. At the seminar, a sign-in sheet will be passed around that includes a column for your CFP® certificant ID. Simply write it down and we will submit your CE credits to the CFP Board.

If you participate in a Webcast, be sure to provide your CFP® certificant ID on your customer log in screen or contact us at (800) 822-4194.

Are meals included in the registration fee?

A continental breakfast is served in the morning, but lunch is on your own. You’ll have an hour break for lunch.
