There are more than 25 people in our group. What discount programs do you offer for a group our size?

Western CPE offers the following discount programs designed specifically for public and private corporations, government agencies, CPA firms, professional associations, and other groups:

• Group Affiliate Program—Group members receive a discount on prevailing CPE prices; the group organization qualifies for rebates on group purchases; individuals pay for their own CPE. 
• Corporate Program—Employer-paid discount program provides CPE for its employees or members.
• Customized Training Solutions—Flexible group training programs discounted for groups of 25 or more.

Our group consists of fewer than 25 people. Are there any discounts available to us?

Western CPE offers the following standard group discounts for all its CPE programs, including self-study, resort conferences, seminars, and webcasts:

• 5–9 people receive a 10% discount
• 10–24 people receive a 15% discount
• 25 or more people, please call our Corporate & Group Solutions division at (800) 822-4194 ext. 160

Do you offer a group discount on self-study courses?

We sell extra exams (course reading materials are not included; exams only) for a fraction of the cost of complete courses. When ordering online, if extra exams are available for a course, you’ll see an option to add them to your cart. A group can purchase 1 copy of a course and as many extra exams as desired, and share the course reading materials among the group.

It’s a good idea to order extra exams at the same time you purchase courses as we cannot sell extra exams for courses that have been discontinued, including yearly updates. (All extra exams must be completed 1 year from purchase of the exam.) Extra exams are priced at $4.00 per credit.

Can I register my group online and still receive the group discount?

To register a group of 25 or more, contact Corporate & Group Solutions by calling (800) 822-4194 ext. 160, or emailing us at groups@westerncpe.com.

You may register a group of 5–24 people online. For example, to register a group for a webcast, go to the left-hand, blue navigation menu on our home page and click on “Webcasts.” From there, click “Group Registration” in the right-hand, green sidebar, scroll down and click the login button, and continue through the registration process. 

Resort conference groups of 5–24 people must be registered by phone, fax, or mail.

What is the difference between the Group Affiliate Program and the Corporate Program?

The Group Affiliate Program offers a discount to members or affiliates of an organization. Each individual member pays for his or her own CPE. The Corporate Program offers a larger discount to employees, and CPE is paid for by the employer. The Corporate Program has a higher sales minimum and requires an advance deposit. Both programs offer flexible ways to obtain quality education at a discount.

What type of customization do you offer for in-house training?

Western CPE offers flexible solutions for instructor-led, in-house training, which include but are not limited to:

• Blending two courses of comparable subject matter into one
• Condensing courses into 4-credit sessions
• Combining two 4-credit courses into a 1-day engagement
• Providing industry focus
• Creating a proprietary objective outline for consistency in all regional training sessions
• Developing new course content
• Blending media platforms to enrich the learning experience; for example, combining an instructor-led session with a webcast program
• Webcasting an instructor-led session to remote or regional offices
• Providing keynote speakers, course content or materials, and instructors for concurrent sessions at corporate conference events
• Assisting with curriculum planning
• Creating CPE course libraries and integrating relevant IT services

Can you provide keynote speakers for corporate or conference group events?

Yes, Western CPE can provide dynamic keynote speakers as well as course materials, technical instructors, and administrative support for corporate or conference events.
