Creating & Enhancing Value in a Company or Division (New)

A private business is often the owners' largest asset, and the value of that asset is markedly affected by a number of factors. Nonetheless, most business owners do little management or planning to maximize the value of their firms. This course outlines the issues that determine the value of a business and provides advice on how to manage strategic, valuation, and legal factors affecting value.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Prescribe strategies that can affect the key factors.
  • Identify the critical elements of a valuable business.
