Cash Flow Planning, Budgeting, & Sources of Financing During Difficult Economic Times (New)

This program will provide an overview of the cash flow planning process, various approaches to budget development and corporate planning as well as an update on sources of conventional and alternative financing. The continuing, recessionary business environment has forced many businesses into a survival mode and the near term economic outlook remains pessimistic. This program will highlight financial tools and techniques needed in order to survive during these very challenging financial times.
