How to Spark Positive Change! The Art & Science of Consulting

Believe it or not, there is more to consulting than a nice fee and a good feeling. In this comprehensive course, you'll discover that it requires a certain skill set and tool kit to be an effective consultant and agent of change. We'll define exactly what consulting is, the skills needed, and demonstrate how the consultant/change agent can be most effective for his or her internal or external clients.
