Group Affiliate Program

With the Group Affiliate Program, associations and other organizations can take advantage of our existing educational offerings–self-study, Webcasts and rebroadcasts, resort conferences, tax update seminars, and presenter-led instruction–all at a discount.

When you promote our educational programs to your members or affiliates, you'll receive a 20% discount/rebate on prevailing prices. You can even choose how you "split" the discount–pass the entire discount on to your members or pass part of it on and be reimbursed a portion of the 20% discount. For example, you can offer your members a 15% discount and your association can be "rebated" 5% of sales (we recommend a minimum of a 5% discount to your members in order to encourage sales). No deposit is required, and a sales minimum of $5,000 annually is required.

Your association and your members will benefit in three ways through this program:

• Your association will be financially rewarded (if you choose to retain part of the 20% discount).
• Your members will receive a discount.
• You will increase the value of membership in your organization based on the discount you pass along to your members.

Western CPE will provide sample media materials, such as flyers, e-mail promotions, Web links, or newsletter articles that can be used to promote the program to your members.

The Group Affiliate Program at Work ABC Association (ABCA) has approximately 500 members. After reviewing Western CPE's offerings, the association decided to participate in the Group Affiliate Program. ABCA chose to provide its members a 15% discount and to receive a 5% rebate on all sales. ABCA received a code from Western CPE and spread the word among its members that they would receive a 15% discount on all Western CPE educational offerings. Using media materials supplied by Western CPE, ABCA announced its affiliation with Western CPE on its Web site and in its newsletters. Special promotions were also sent out via a series of e-mails. At the end of the year, ABCA concluded that the Group Affiliate Program was a success–members appreciated the quality education they received at a discount, ABCA received rebate checks that totaled $2,000, and the association was able to offer a benefit that helped attract new members.
