Resort Conferences — Hotel Reservations

Western CPE has turned its rooming list in for this conference. We can no longer guarantee room availability or our discounted rate. New reservations are submitted to the hotel on a regular basis. We will contact you as soon as we hear back from the hotel if there is an issue with the reservation you have requested. Once a confirmation number has been issued we will send you notification.

Deposit Policy: One night's room and tax are charged upon booking.

Cancellation Policy: A 72-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival to receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours, you will forfit your deposit.

Charge for Additional Room Guests: King rooms have a maximum occupancy of two persons. Queen rooms have a maximum occupancy of four persons.
