Resort Conferences — Hotel Reservations

Western CPE has turned its rooming list in for this conference. We can no longer guarantee room availability or our discounted rate. New reservations are submitted to the hotel on a regular basis. We will contact you as soon as we hear back from the hotel if there is an issue with the reservation you have requested. Once a confirmation number has been issued we will send you notification.

Deposit Policy: One night's room and tax are charged approximately 30 days before check in.

Cancellation Policy: A 72-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours, you will forfeit your deposit.

Early Departure Policy: If guests needs to depart earlier than the reserved departure, a 72 hour notice is required, or one night's accommodation plus tax will be charged.

Charge for Additional Room Guests: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per room. 2 adults and 2 kids in King rooms or 4 adults in Queen rooms. Guests over 18 will pay $25.00 per person after double occupancy in a room.
