Key Financial & Economic Issues for Finance Professionals

The role of the financial executive in turbulent economic times has never been more challenging; CFOs and controllers need to understand impacts of decisions well outside their control in order to survive and grow. This course explores current economic trends and analyzes their impact on the financial executive.

We'll explore specific recommendations for dealing with the challenges ahead in financial markets, human relations, employee and owner benefits, pricing strategies, and customer relations. Course topics also include the impact of current regulatory, fiscal, and monetary policies on hiring; organizational financial management; and risk management in a turbulent economic climate.

Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
