“Breathtaking” comes to mind when recalling Whitefish, Montana. Mountain town milieu abounds in this charming community known for its world-class recreation, lively night scene, and proximity to one of America’s finest national parks.
Experience first-rate luxury and style at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, a classic timber lodge and full-service resort that perfectly captures the spirit of the West. The Lodge is right on the lakeshore; sip fine coffee or enjoy breakfast on the deck, lounge by the pool, or stroll the marina—all against an elegant backdrop of pine-forested mountains.
In the Flathead Valley, you’re just a few miles from exploring world-famous grandeur in Glacier National Park. One of the most spectacular drives in the country, Going-to-the-Sun Road winds 50 miles through the park and climbs to majestic sites like Weeping Wall, McDonald Falls, and Triple Arches. The road summits at Logan Pass, where you’ll discover one of Glacier’s most accessible and popular hikes, the Hidden Lake Nature Trail.
Your adventures may also include the-fish-that-got-away when you try your luck fly fishing the Flathead River system. Or maybe that birdie you scored on the 7th hole at Whitefish Lake Golf Club. You might even catch sight of some exotic wildlife; bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and elk are abundant around here. One thing’s for sure, when you join us in this magical alpine wonderland, five days will equal a thousand memories.
The shore of Whitefish Lake is like a nostalgic summer snapshot—one of boys jumping from wood-planked swimming platforms and couples rowing canoes. We’ve arranged your stay at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, where stone fireplaces and leather chairs provide a perfect perch for sharing stories of the day’s adventures. This AAA Four Diamond-rated lodging is worth the trip itself. With slate baths and walk-in showers, a full-service spa, a lakeside pool and hot tub, a top-rated lounge, and a suite of other amenities, the Lodge exceeds expectations in coupling luxury with the rustic flavor of Montana.
Basic room rate: $180 (does not include taxes and fees).
