At the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA), the building itself is a modern testament to creative re-use, achieved through the opportunistic adaptation of a multiplex. Visit Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece, Taliesin West at night for a special twilight tour. Be entertained at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts or enjoy the beauty of native plants and creative exhibitions at the Desert Botanical Garden. See the wilder side of the West on a Jeep tour, horseback ride, sunrise hike, or hot air balloon flight. 
 

Accommodations

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort is centrally located in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Situated on 40 beautifully landscaped acres in the shadow of famed Camelback Mountain, the resort features well-appointed southwestern-style rooms. Remain active and swim in one of five swimming pools, or play doubles on their lighted tennis courts. You’ll also find a state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor racquetball courts to get your heart rate up. Later, get relaxed at the salon and day spa, try one of four award-winning on-site restaurants, or relax in one of three outdoor whirlpool spas, one of which is Arizona’s largest.

Schedule
Unless otherwise noted, all courses are 6 live CPE credits and meet from 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Each attendee is allowed, at no extra cost, 2 CPE credits for each live course attended. Credit hours are based on AICPA/NASBA guidelines of 1 CPE credit for every 50 minutes.
