Scottsdale, Arizona Conference Completed
October 22 - 26, 2012 Western CPE - picture of Scottsdale, Arizona

Sunbeams brighten the forecast more than 330 days out of the year. Rustic Sonoran Desert landscapes, with the beautiful McDowell Mountains as a backdrop, provide an unforgettable setting for exploration. Arts and culture, outdoor adventure, savory cuisine, and trendsetting boutiques abound. Welcome to Scottsdale, the scene of your next escapade into the West.

Golf is so much more than flat desert terrain here. Natural ravines, rolling foothills, and native desert landscaping provide a perfect setting, in perfect weather, to attempt your best score. The real challenge will be choosing which course to play sticks at. Will it be Grayhawk Golf Club, TPC, We-Ko-Pa, Troon North, or will you consider one of the other 200 courses in the Scottsdale area? Don’t miss the opportunity to improve your skills with one of the world-class golf instructors that call Scottsdale home.

At the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA), the building itself is a modern testament to creative re-use, achieved through the opportunistic adaptation of a multiplex. Visit Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece, Taliesin West at night for a special twilight tour. Be entertained at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts or enjoy the beauty of native plants and creative exhibitions at the Desert Botanical Garden. See the wilder side of the West on a Jeep tour, horseback ride, sunrise hike, or hot air balloon flight.
