Participants must take both Day 1 and Day 2 to receive CTEC credits; partial credits do not apply. Participants cannot attend a live seminar on one day and attend a Webcast on another.

Seminar Class Times: 8:15 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with a break for lunch from 12:05-1:05 p.m. There will be a 15-minute break in the morning and another 15-minute break in the afternoon. Lunches are not provided.
